instant access savings account is offered
by the Shepshed Building Society

minimum investment of £500 is required.
The maximum investment is
£100,000.
A minimum balance of £500 must also
be maintained.
Applications
for the account must be made in branch
and you
can access your
funds via a branch or by
post.
There
are unlimited withdrawals and the very
moderate rate of interest
is paid
annually.
If
you do not live within the society's
normal operating area of Leicestershire,
Nottinghamshire
and Derbyshire, then a minimum balance
of £1000 is required
to
operate the account.
You
can take out up to £500 per day in cash
at any branch and unlimited
amounts
by cheque (subject to your cleared funds).
If you wish to withdraw
more
than £500 in cash then some notice must
be given.
The
Shepshed does have other savings accounts
such as share, tracker,
children's,
ISA, postal and fixed rate types.
