is an instant access account from the
Furness Building Society
that requires
a minimum opening investment
of
£1. The maximum investment is £250,000.

account comes with a passbook and can
either be opened in person at a
branch
or
agency or alternatively you can download
the application form from
their
site, fill it in and post it to them
with the relevant ID and opening deposit.
Once
the account is active, deposits (cheques
& cash) can also be made by post
although
they do not recommend sending cash.
Funds can also be deposited by
standing
order, bank transfer or BACS.
Withdrawals
(such as BACS or bank transfer) can
also be made electronically.
It is designed for individuals
who live in the North West of England.
