Extra Account
This
is an instant access savings account from
the motoring organisation
The
AA that
is operated online. A minimum opening
investment of £1 is
required. The maximum
investment is £1M.
This
account must be linked to one of your
bank accounts that is able to
accept
direct debits. This is so you can transfer
funds to and from your
savings
account.
The
AA also offers several fixed rate savings
accounts ranging from 1 to 5
years
in length with good rates of interest
and you can save up to £5M with
these
accounts. All accounts except the 1
year fixed rate account allow
withdrawals
subject to a loss of interest.
They
also offer an online instant
access ISA and a 18 month fixed
rate postal
cash
ISA. With the fixed rate cash ISA, withdrawals
are allowed before the end
of
the term but at the expense of a loss
of interest.
